We respond to copyright reports

LiveDebrid accepts copyright and DMCA notices through the form below or at hello@livedebrid.com. Include “DMCA” in your email subject. Online reports receive a reference and enter our review queue. We review complete notices promptly and disable access to infringing streams when a notice or investigation establishes unauthorized use. We may restrict a source while investigating a credible report.

What to include

Identify the copyrighted work, the exact LiveDebrid URL, the complained-of use, your authority to act and your contact details. Include your signature, a good-faith statement that the use lacks authorization, and an accuracy statement made under penalty of perjury concerning your authority.

How takedowns work

An administrator can disable a source, revoke its viewer passes and block the same origin from being added again. Playback checks apply to playlists, video segments and keys. Stream owners cannot override an administrative block by resuming or editing the source. Repeat or serious violations may lead to suspension of the account’s streaming access. The account holder sees the review reason in stream settings; our team handles contact with the parties.

Disputes and counter-notices

If you believe a removal is mistaken, email hello@livedebrid.com with the report reference and evidence of your distribution rights. Where the U.S. DMCA counter-notice process applies, include your signature, the removed material and former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and telephone number. Include consent to the appropriate federal court’s jurisdiction and acceptance of service from the complainant. We review applicable counter-notice requirements, inform the complainant and follow the applicable restoration process. The team reviews court-action notices before restoration; eligible DMCA restoration follows the statutory 10–14 business-day window.

Origin control and content rights

Publishing an ownership-verification file establishes control of the source host. It does not prove a copyright licence. Account holders must also have permission to distribute everything in the stream. This page describes our reporting process; it does not claim that LiveDebrid qualifies for a particular statutory safe harbor or has a registered U.S. designated agent.
