Terms for the LiveDebrid software service.

LiveDebrid is a managed software and service layer for account management, billing, API key issuance, discovery surfaces, supported app integration, routing, and related service pages. A subscription is not sold as the purchase of any particular individual third-party source, listing, broadcaster, or media library.

You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information. You must maintain control of your login credentials, verification emails, password resets, and API keys. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own security failure.

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select unless cancelled before renewal. Trials, promotions, and billing terms may change over time. Refunds and cancellation are governed by the separate Refunds & Cancellation policy published on this site.

LiveDebrid may surface supported discovery results, selected sports listings, installation URLs, and API key workflows, but availability can change based on upstream conditions, abuse controls, maintenance, provider changes, operational issues, or legal requirements. We do not guarantee that any specific source, result, or integration path will be continuously available.

API keys are issued for your own supported use of the service. You may not share, resell, publish, or automate around the service in a way that exceeds your account limits or materially harms stability. We may rotate, suspend, or revoke keys where required for security, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement.

You may not abuse, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer protected flows, bypass rate limits or access controls, misuse trials, create fraudulent accounts, or use the service in a way that infringes rights or creates legal exposure. LiveDebrid responds to copyright complaints and may disable affected access or accounts where necessary. Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA policy and related operational procedures.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, API keys, or service access where necessary for fraud, abuse, payment failure, legal compliance, repeated policy violations, or operational protection of the service.

The service is provided on an as-available and as-operated basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service, downtime, upstream availability changes, or third-party service failures.

Pricing, supported integrations, event or channel coverage, account rules, and these terms may change over time. Continued use of the service after a published update means you accept the revised terms.
