Account data

Your LiveDebrid account is used across the current and redesigned product, including your email address, name, optional profile picture, password login, Google sign-in, verification state, security settings, and subscription. Accelerator source records and delivery analytics remain in a separate database from account data.

Source data

We store your source name, encrypted origin URL, origin hostname, encrypted playback credential, credential hash, rights-confirmation time, source status, and validation timestamps. The origin and recoverable playback credential are encrypted at rest using secrets dedicated to LiveDebrid.

Delivery data

LiveDebrid and its infrastructure providers may process request IP addresses, user agents, requested playback paths, response status, timing, and security signals to deliver media, apply caching, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot incidents. Media bytes may remain temporarily in edge caches; LiveDebrid does not provide permanent recording.

Purposes and disclosure

Data is used to operate, secure, monitor, and improve the accelerator, respond to support and rights reports, and comply with law. Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf. We do not claim ownership of your stream or sell its contents.

Retention and control

Deleting a source removes its stored control-plane record and invalidates its playback URL; cached media can expire according to edge cache policy. Account records and security logs may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, or backups.
