Software subscription policy.

A LiveDebrid subscription pays for the LiveDebrid software and service layer: account management, billing, API key issuance, discovery surfaces, integration setup, routing, and service operations. It is not a purchase of any particular individual third-party source, listing, event, or broadcaster.

You can cancel recurring billing from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required for fraud, abuse, or policy enforcement.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support promptly from the same account email used for billing. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Trial periods, prior usage, abuse signals, repeated refund requests, or policy violations may affect eligibility.

New accounts may be offered a limited trial before recurring billing begins. Trial availability may change over time and may be restricted per account or billing profile.
